ELK's Path

Christmas Morning 2020 - Roseville, CA    I created a photobook as a Christmas 2020 gift for Egypt. After asking a few sneaky questions, I realized Egypt wanted her story to be titled,   Egypt's Path . A nod to her sister, Kellisa. The book started with the very first picture we ever took of Egypt in 2010 and chronicled the years right up to and including 2020. My goal with the book was to present Egypt in a way you could get to know this highly intelligent and diverse young lady without spoken words. Someday, hopefully far in the future, I won't be around to share the stories captured on the pages and Egypt will have them in one nice and organized place. She deeply appreciated the book and spent close to an hour going through each page in the middle of opening her presents. Egypt did not remember some of the pictures or stories behind them, so time was spent reminiscing.  While the book shared the pictures of Egypt's life up until 2020, I realized it didn't properly...
